Who provides the consultation?
Eastern Fate Guide helps find a practitioner in China and coordinates communication. The selected practitioner provides the interpretation. Confirm their identity, background, method and proposed work before proceeding.
What does a consultation cost?
Pricing is by custom quote. Confirm total cost, currency, included deliverables and any extra or coordination charges before paying. Submitting the inquiry form does not create a booking.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on practitioner availability, the scope and the materials required. Confirm the start conditions and delivery date in writing before proceeding; no universal turnaround is promised.
What should I send first?
Your name, email, service choice and a brief question. Leave full birth details, addresses and property documents for the next stage, after the recipient and purpose are confirmed.
Can I ask follow-up questions or cancel?
Ask for the included follow-up channel and scope, extra fees, and cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms as part of the quote, before payment.
What if my birth time is unknown?
State that it is unknown or approximate. Ask whether a limited reading can address your question and what remains uncertain. Do not present a guessed time as verified.
Are the free tools a complete reading?
No. They are educational starting points. BaZi Starter does not calculate a complete four-pillar chart, Day Master or luck cycles, and its birth time and place fields do not perform timezone correction.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Traditional interpretations are cultural guidance, not scientifically established predictions. They do not replace medical, legal, financial, mental health or building-safety advice.
